Description

The reducer features a hard-toothed gear transmission. The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel that has undergone quenching and tempering, with a tooth surface hardness reaching HRC58-62. All gears are manufactured using precision grinding processes, ensuring high accuracy, excellent contact performance, strong load-carrying capacity, simple maintenance, and high operational efficiency—making them ideally suited for use in mines.
