Uses and Scope of Application
The ZTK(P) non-explosion-proof mine hoisting control system is suitable for single-rope winding dock cableways or single-rope winding mine hoists (winches) driven by AC variable-frequency motors, as well as multi-rope friction mine hoists (winches). It can be used with newly installed hoists (winches) and is also ideal for retrofitting existing hoist (winch) electrical control systems.

Electrical control equipment is suitable for the following applicable locations (please specify if ordering for environments beyond those listed below).
1) The altitude should not exceed 1,000 meters. If the altitude exceeds this threshold, components should be operated at reduced power and capacity levels in proportion to the increase in altitude, and safety parameters such as the minimum safe creepage distance for certain components should also be taken into account.
2) The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40℃ nor fall below 0℃.
3) Relative humidity not exceeding 85%;
4) No conductive dust or gases that can damage metals and insulators;
5) No severe vibrations and a tilt angle no greater than 5°;
6) No strong magnetic field is present;
7) Areas that do not require explosion-proof protection;
8) The applicable premises can be met after taking the necessary measures;
9) Applications in special locations must be custom-ordered and must be specified in the technical agreement.
