Overview of the Signal System
The mine hoisting signaling system is a critical piece of equipment that ensures the safe and efficient operation of mine hoisting and transportation. The system primarily consists of a shaft-head signal box, a shaft-bottom signal box, and a car-room signal box. It utilizes advanced fiber-optic communication technology to transmit signals, featuring functions such as direct transmission and relayed signal transmission, full-line voice communication, and voice announcements for the operation and stopping of hoisting winches. This system provides comprehensive information exchange and safety assurance for mine hoisting operations.

XHKT Signal System Display Function
1. Winch room display box:
1) There is a 15-inch display screen in the vehicle cabin, a 15-inch display screen at the wellhead, and 10.4-inch display screens at each intermediate level.
2) Different displays with varying levels of enhancement

1) Display of hoisting instructions received from the wellhead and hoisting instructions sent from this station to the car room.

1) The touchscreen displays the lift instruction issued by the base unit.

4. Other features:
1) The hoist control circuit is interlocked with the signaling system, meaning that the hoist room cannot receive the hoisting signal sent by the signalman at the shaft entrance, and the hoist cannot be started. A passive interface remains available.
2) The signaling system features forwarding interlock: At the wellhead, only the same lifting signal transmitted to the car room can be forwarded; other signals cannot be sent out.
3) The signal itself is locked—once the signal operator issues a signal, no other signals can be retransmitted (except for emergency stop and stop signals).
4) This signaling system features both audible and visual signals, as well as digital Chinese character displays: The digits “2, 3, 4, and 5” respectively indicate “fast up, fast down, slow up, and slow down,” while the digit “1” indicates “stop.”
5) It features voice prompts for different lifting states (person lift), (load lift), (parking), (slow travel), and (large-item lift), and each state can be interlocked with the winch.
6) Emergency stop alarm function and emergency stop extension function; equipped with an interface for locking the winch safety circuit upon receiving an emergency stop signal.
7) Signal memory function, capable of storing the last three signals transmitted.
8) The stop signal is a straight beam. The stop signal is displayed along the entire line, and the stop has a special audible alert.
9) All display screens along the entire line feature “maintenance, emergency stop, and (horizontal signal as well as a display function indicating the selected lifting level).”
10) The interlocking function between horizontal signals: When multiple levels are being hoisted, only the selected level can send a hoisting signal; other levels cannot send hoisting signals and can only send stop signals and emergency stop signals.
11) There is an automatic audible signal that matches the display of the signal instruction—specifically, when “2” is signaled, in addition to the digital display, there are also two accompanying sounds.
12) This system employs fiber-optic communication functionality.
13) The selection of the enhancement category is completed by the signal operator at the wellhead and displayed across the entire line.
14) The PLC has an automatic scanning and detection function for this signaling system.
15) It has interface functionality with the language safety alert devices manufactured by our company (which can be used to enhance over 50 types of language-based alerts, including alert notifications and driving alerts).
