This product is suitable for use as a shaft sinking hoist—either above ground or underground—in coal mines, metal mines, and non-metallic mines, employed for raising and lowering materials or personnel during shaft sinking operations.

Overview of Well Drilling Hoists

Well-drilling hoists are classified into two types: single-drum and double-drum.

The well-drilling hoist mainly consists of a drum, a main shaft assembly, a disc brake, a gearbox, an electric motor, a hydraulic station, a depth indicator, an electrical control system, and a rope-adjusting clutch.

Product Model Designation Method

Example 1: For a drum diameter of 2.8 m and a width of 2.2 m, the product model of a single-drum, single-rope hoisting machine for shaft sinking, featuring non-explosion-proof resistance speed control, is: JK-2.8×2.2.

Example 2: For a drum diameter of 3 m and a width of 1.8 m, the product model of a single-rope winding hoist for shaft sinking equipped with a non-explosion-proof variable-frequency speed control system is: 2JKZ-3×1.8P.
