Product Use

This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the People’s Republic of China’s industry standard for safety in production, AQ1035-2007 “Safety Inspection Specifications for Single-Rope Winding Mine Hoists,” GB20961-2007 “Single-Rope Winding Mine Hoists,” and the company’s enterprise standard Q/HBSHM003-2016 “Single-Rope Winding Mine Hoists.” It is suitable for lifting and lowering materials or personnel in inclined roadways and shafts—both aboveground and underground—in coal mines, metal mines, and non-metallic mines.

Working principle

The product consists of a power system, a transmission system, a working system, a braking system, a control and operating system, an indication and protection system, and their associated components. Powered by an electric motor, the product features an efficient transmission and working system composed of a gearbox and a main shaft assembly. A hydraulic station and brake assembly form the product’s reliable braking system; an operator’s console and electrical control equipment constitute the product’s comprehensive control and operating system; and a depth indicator, encoder assembly, and other components make up the product’s sophisticated indication and protection system.

Technical Features

(1) Uses a rear-mounted disc brake with an oil cylinder, featuring electro-hydraulic combined control.

(2) Use a (hydraulic axial) or radial tooth-block type rope-adjusting clutch for accurate and rapid rope adjustment.

(3) The electrical control system can adopt PLC programming-based electrical control or PLC-controlled variable-frequency drive control.
