This winch is designed and manufactured in accordance with the People’s Republic of China’s industry standard for production safety, AQ1032-2007, “Safety Inspection Specifications for JTK-Type Hoisting Winches Used in Coal Mines”; the People’s Republic of China’s mechanical industry standard JB/T7889—2010, “JTK-Type Mining Hoisting Winches”; and the enterprise standard Q/HBSHM001-2009 of Hebi Shuangmin Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., “JTK-Type Mining Hoisting Winches.” It is suitable for lifting and lowering materials in inclined roadways and small shafts both aboveground and underground in coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines.

 

Product Structure Features and Operating Principle

The mine hoisting winch mainly consists of components such as the main shaft assembly, safety brake, depth indicator, gearbox, working brake system, elastic coupling, gear coupling, electric motor, and electrical control system.

When the main motor is started, the power is transmitted from the motor rotor to the high-speed shaft of the reducer via an elastic coupling. After being slowed down through two stages of gear transmission in the reducer, the power is then transferred to the main shaft assembly via a gear coupling connected to the reducer’s driven shaft. By continuously reversing the motor’s direction of rotation, the drum can either wind or unwind the steel wire rope. At the same time, the hoisting container performs periodic up-and-down reciprocating motion within the shaft.

 

Working conditions of the winch

Non-explosion-proof winches shall be installed in machine rooms free of explosive atmospheres, with ambient air temperatures ranging from -5°C to 40°C and relative humidity not exceeding 85% (when the ambient temperature is 20±5°C). The installation location must also ensure that water and liquids cannot penetrate into the electrical components, and the environment must be free from severe vibrations, jolts, and corrosive gases.

For altitudes exceeding 1,000 meters, the effects of air cooling and the reduction in dielectric strength must be taken into account. The electrical equipment selected should be designed or used in accordance with the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.
