Product Standards and Model System
The JTP series mine hoisting winches are manufactured in strict compliance with the People’s Republic of China’s industry standards for production safety. AQ1033-2007 “Safety Inspection Specification for JTP-Type Hoisting Winches Used in Coal Mines,” a mechanical industry standard of the People’s Republic of China. JB/T7888-2010 “JTP-Type Mine Hoist” and the company’s enterprise standards Q/HBSHM002-2016 Design and manufacturing. Product models cover a wide range of specifications, including JTP-1.2×1.2P, JTP-1.2×1P, JTP-1.6×1.2P, 2JTP-1.6×1.2P, and 2JTP-1.6×0.9P, enabling compatibility with mine‑site requirements across varying depths and production capacities.
Products are divided into JTP type (Non-explosion-proof) and JTPB type (Explosion-proof) Two major configurations. The JTPB model is equipped with an explosion-proof motor and is suitable for underground coal mine environments containing coal dust or explosive gases.
Core Structural Features
Spindle assembly It is a core component of the JTP series, comprising a fixed drum, a movable drum (used only in twin-drum configurations), a main shaft, two bearing housings, and a rope‑adjusting mechanism (also used only in twin‑drum configurations), and is designed to wind or release wire ropes. The drums are engineered according to elastic theory and are fabricated from high‑strength low‑alloy steel. Working principle
The JTP series comprises a power system, a transmission system, a working system, a braking system, a control and operating system, and an indication and protection system. After the main motor is started, the motor transmits power via an elastic coupling to the high-speed shaft of the reducer; following speed reduction, the power is transferred from the reducer’s driven shaft to the spindle assembly through a gear coupling. By reversing the motor’s direction, the drum can wind or release the wire rope, enabling the hoisting container to perform periodic reciprocating vertical motion within the shaft.
The product is equipped with a depth indicator and an encoder, forming a comprehensive indication and protection system that includes overwind protection and limit‑switch functionality.
Technical Specifications Reference
Taking the JTP-1.6×1.2P as an example, the drum diameter is 1,600 mm and the drum width is 1,200 mm. The maximum static tension of the wire rope varies depending on whether the application involves personnel or cargo. The average lifting speed is approximately 2.6 m/s, with a reduction ratio of 31.5 and an electric motor power rating of 110 kW.
