Application It is suitable for lifting coal, ore, gangue, personnel, materials, and equipment in various types of mines, including coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines.

JK : The Pinyin abbreviation for “mine hoist” (Jing Kuang).
2.0 : Indicates that the nominal diameter of the drum is 2.0 meters. This is one of the key, core dimensional parameters of the hoist, directly affecting its lifting capacity and the selection of the wire rope.
1.5 : Indicates that the nominal width of the reel is 1.5 meters. This width determines the length of steel wire rope that can be wound onto the reel, which in turn determines the lifting height (or depth).

Static Tension: This is the tensile force that the hoist can withstand when it is stationary. For the JK-2.0×1.5P model, the typical range is approximately 44 kN to 60 kN (about 4.4 tons to 6.1 tons). This parameter is critical in determining the hoist’s lifting capacity (load capacity)! Static Tension Difference: For hoists equipped with a dual-drum system (one fixed drum and one floating drum) and featuring a clutch, this parameter is crucial—it represents the difference in static tension between the steel ropes on the two drums. Power transmission: Match according to the motor power.
Electric motor:
Power: Calculated based on the lifted load, lifting speed, and system efficiency. For the JK-2.0×1.5P model, the typical motor power range is between 220 kW and 400 kW. For example, lifting a 6-ton object to a certain height at a specific speed may require a motor rated at either 280 kW or 315 kW.

Braking system:

Brake oil pressure: The system's working pressure is typically around 6 MPa.
